Samantha Rohrbacker has been the Director of Human Resources at Cardiovascular Consultants, Ltd. since 2007. Samantha adds her expertise in payroll, benefits and employee relations to the executive team. She oversees employment, training and development within CVC to maximize the effectiveness of all departments and provide operational support.

Samantha Rohrbacker has been a dedicated Human Resources professional for over nine years. She holds a Bachelor's of Science in Global Business, specializing in Human Resources, from Arizona State University West. She initiated her leadership skills as the President of the Society for Human Resources Management at ASU. Her career has encompassed insurance, healthcare and consulting industries and included staff ranging from 150 to 350. Her extensive background in all aspects of Human Resources provides an unmatched knowledge of employee relations and how to maximize business effectiveness in the healthcare industry.

Samantha has been a member of the Society for Human Resources Management since the year 2000.
