Care Pathways:

Cardiovascular Consultants, Ltd. has partnered with hospital systems in developing care pathways designed to provide a structured, multidisciplinary plan of care. These pathways aim to improve, particularly, the continuity and co-ordination of care across different disciplines involved in caring for you, our patient.

Focus:

In December of 2010, Cardiovascular Consultants, Ltd. became part of the FOCUS initiative. This program is a national quality improvement initiative designed to help cardiovascular professionals best use “Appropriate Use Criteria” in appropriately ordering nuclear imaging. CVC instituted this criteria in 2011.

In determining your level of satisfaction with our services, physicians and staff, we have deployed Press Ganey surveys. We are dedicated to providing you with the highest level of customer service paired with excellent clinical care. Patient Focus Groups:

CVC values patient feedback as the best way for us to learn and make improvements. We want you to have a voice. Therefore, we frequently offer Patient Focus Group sessions in which members of our management team will meet with patients to gain valuable insight.
